1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to the guided e-bike tours and private experiences offered by Iván Sánchez Rodríguez, trading as Easy Andalucia.

By making a booking, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings and Payment

Bookings are made through our online booking system.

The price shown at the time of booking is the price applicable to the selected tour or experience.

Payment is required to confirm the booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and a booking confirmation has been issued.

3. Cancellation by the Customer

Customers may cancel their booking 24 hours or more before the scheduled starting time for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled starting time are non-refundable.

Failure to attend the tour without prior notice (no-show) is non-refundable.

4. Cancellation or Changes by Easy Andalucia

Easy Andalucia reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour when necessary for safety reasons, including unsuitable weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If Easy Andalucia cancels a tour, the customer may choose between:

• A full refund; or

• Rescheduling the tour to another available date.

If a tour needs to be modified for safety reasons, Easy Andalucia will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Participant Requirements

Participants must be able to ride a bicycle confidently and safely.

There is no fixed minimum age. Children may participate provided they are tall enough to safely use the smallest available e-bike size (Size S) and meet all other participation requirements.

The final suitability of an e-bike for a participant may be assessed by the guide before the tour.

Participants must wear the helmet provided during the tour and follow all instructions given by the guide.

Easy Andalucia reserves the right to refuse participation if a person is unable to safely operate the e-bike or follow the guide's instructions.

6. Safety and Responsible Riding

Participants are responsible for riding the e-bike safely, following the guide's instructions and complying with applicable traffic rules.

The route may include normal city traffic, uneven surfaces, woodland paths and other changing riding conditions.

Participants must inform the guide before the tour of any circumstance that may affect their ability to safely participate.

Easy Andalucia will not be responsible for incidents or damage caused by a participant's negligent, reckless or improper use of the e-bike, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

7. Equipment

An electric bicycle and helmet are provided as part of the tour.

Participants are responsible for using the equipment properly and following the guide's instructions regarding its use.

Any damage caused by intentional misuse or reckless behaviour may be the responsibility of the participant, subject to applicable law and the terms of any applicable insurance coverage.

8. Insurance

The tour includes the insurance coverage applicable to the activity, subject to the terms, limits, exclusions and conditions of the relevant insurance policy.

9. Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.

Easy Andalucia is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings except where legally required.

10. Private Experiences

Private experiences are arranged according to the customer's individual request.

A request for a private experience is not a confirmed booking.

After receiving a request, Easy Andalucia will assess the requested experience and provide a personalized proposal, including availability and price.

The private experience is only confirmed once the customer accepts the proposal and completes the required payment or booking process.

Specific conditions may apply to individual private experiences and will be communicated to the customer before confirmation.

11. Photography and Media

During tours, photographs or videos may occasionally be taken for operational or promotional purposes.

No participant's image will be used for promotional purposes where consent is legally required without obtaining the appropriate consent.

Customers who do not wish to appear in promotional photographs or videos may inform the guide before the tour.

12. Force Majeure

Easy Andalucia shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in providing a service caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural events, road closures, official restrictions, strikes or other unforeseen circumstances affecting the safe operation of the tour.

Where possible, Easy Andalucia will offer an alternative date or a refund depending on the circumstances.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the courts and jurisdiction applicable under Spanish law.
